The person is responsible for identifying, onboarding and managing sellers on the platform. This role will ensure Seller Success on the platform, including retention and growth.
In this role you will
Identify, assess and acquire sellers/manufacturers basis the requirements of the business. The acquisition will be a combination of on-ground BD, as well as inside sales
Hire, manage and lead the acquisition team for sellers nationwide
Training & Onboarding of sellers including but not limited to document collection for compliance and cataloging
Account management - Ensuring the growth of the sellers through active account management, problem solving during ongoing orders etc.
Drive seller experience by interfacing with internal teams to communicate the seller challenges and co-create a prioritised list of capabilities
Proven experience of leading sales teams
Entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to take stretch goals
Understanding of wholesale landscape with prior experience with small businesses
6-10 years in BD such as seller acquisition in e-commerce or merchant acquisition
