Responsibilities will include:
Lead Bzaar’s organic social media & content strategy to drive community growth and engagement across existing and emerging platforms.
Own and contribute towards our owned & earned media through content / community and social engagement.
Launch creative, clever, and highly engaging content that works to energize and inspire our community.
Continuously track and report on trends seen in cross-border commerce to help us stay relevant and connected.
Maintain a channel experiment pipeline that pushes us to innovate through small iterations and experiments.
Work with the founding team to develop our brand voice.
Qualified candidates should have at least 5+ years of marketing experience owning all-out social & content strategies for a consumer brand across multiple platforms.
Proven success in creating engaging content that drives ‘relevant’ traffic and engagement.
A background in content strategy, copywriting, or digital storytelling.
Expert knowledge of social media best practices, emerging platforms, and trends.
A growth mindset and the ability to clearly define goals while iterating, experimenting, and fine-tuning toward success.
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and organizational skills, including the ability to inspire team members.
