Responsibilities will include:
Work closely with leadership to execute Bzaar’s organic social media & content strategy to drive community growth and engagement across existing and emerging platforms.
Own and contribute towards our owned & earned media through content / community and social engagement.
Demonstrate your creativity through thoughtful, and highly engaging content that works to energize and inspire our community.
Be analytical in tracking and reporting on trends seen in cross-border commerce to help us stay relevant and connected.
You are pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Communication or a related major. (2020 Grads are also acceptable)
You are passionate about engaging with customers to understand their needs and help resolve their problems.
You have a strong portfolio showcasing foundational content writing, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
You are humble and eager to iterate on contents based on customer feedback.
You are excited to learn and grow as the voice of Bzaar.
Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, and organizational skills, including the ability to inspire team members.
You have a very high sense of empathy.
