The Planning & Operations Lead is end-to-end owner of the customer experience, from order to delivery.
In this role you will:
Ensure smooth and timely execution of each order, including monitoring all aspects of the order flow across production, logistics, QC and customs.
Track and escalate any issues, and liaison with sellers and horizontal stakeholders to problem solve any issues
Build SOPs for the different aspects of order flow - work with product and seller teams to institutionalize these.
Stay ahead of current industry best practices and operate as a thought leader in supply chain processes.
Maintain and raise the overall bar for all functions, to deliver a superlative user experience to buyers and sellers
B.E/B.Tech/MBA or similar qualification
5-7 years in consulting and/or dynamic environment such as mid to large size startups
Customer first attitude and bias to action
High problem solving skills and metrics orientation
Deep understanding of Logistics operations in a highly scalable and available set-up
Experience of managing teams and delivering high-quality deliverables on time.
Experience with recruiting, coaching, mentoring and retaining the best technical talent
Able to work with diverse teams which include design, product, technology
